It comes in capacities up to 4TB, and plugs easily into Mac, iPad and even the most recent iPhone models.

Benefits of a Samsung external SSD
Storage built onto your computer is wonderfully convenient but don’t overlook the advantages of external capacity. A group of devices can share a collection of files just by passing the SSD around. Or it’s a simple way to upgrade an older computer. And you can buy a new Mac and still take advantage of the same drive. Also, external storage is cheaper – especially when it’s on sale.
The Samsung T9 has all these advantages. And is pocket size, with a single USB-C port for connecting to a wide range of computers.
It supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 over its USB-C port, so it offers max read speeds of up to 1,050 MBps and write speeds of 1,000 MBps. The T9 also offers USB 3.2 Gen 2×2, which means it can transfer data at up to 2,000 MB/s … but Macs and other Apple devices don’t support that tech.
